UPMC has launched a new portal experience for patients who receive care from UPMC providers in Central Pa., Northwest Pa., Maryland, or and New York.
Learn More »The UPMC Patient Portal is UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP) online health portal for patients who live in central Pa. and visit one of the following CCP offices:
- CCP – Heritage, Camp Hill
- CCP – Heritage, Harrisburg
- CCP – Hummelstown
- CCP – Shippensburg
- CCP – Spring Grove
- CCP – York
Request Pediatric Proxy Access
Parents and/or legal guardians can request UPMC Patient Portal proxy access. You can also talk with your child’s UPMC care team at their next appointment. To request access via your patient portal:
- Log in to your UPMC Patient Portal account.
- Tap "Sharing Hub" and select "Family member, close friend, or caretaker."
- Select "Manage ongoing access to your MyChart account."
- Then select "Invite friends or family."
- Finally, follow the prompts on the screen and select "Send invite."
*Note: Existing UPMC Central PA Portal users who already have established proxy access, will not need to request access again.
