At UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics, we value hearing feedback from our patients and their families in order to improve our offices and services. Below you will find several different ways to provide us with your suggestions.
Patient Surveys
Our Patient Advocacy Committee was specially developed to improve the patient experience at UPMC CCP. To do this, we need to hear from you. We will be conducting regular surveys to learn from our patient families. The results of these surveys will drive new initiatives and enhance the patient experience at each visit. To participate in a future UPMC CCP survey, please make sure you provide your email address during the registration process when visiting a UPMC CCP practice.
Give Us Your Feedback
Should a concern about your experience at UPMC CCP arise, please discuss it with your child’s pediatrician.
If the concern remains unresolved, please email your concern to our patient relations specialist at ccpconfidential@chp.edu. We will investigate your concern and provide you with a response. Contacting our patient relations specialist will not negatively affect your care.
If you believe UPMC CCP has not adequately addressed your concern about care or safety, you may contact The Joint Commission and submit a patient safety concern in writing by:
- Visiting their website at www.jointcommission.org using the Report a Patient Safety Event
- By fax to 630-792-5636
- By mail: Office of Quality and Patient Safety, The Joint Commission, One Renaissance Boulevard, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181
