With UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare, your family now has 24/7 access to a trusted pediatric care provider from UPMC Children’s Express Care. Get treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries, all from the comfort of your couch. Get started or log in to your patient portal.
MyUPMC
To participate in a video visit, you will need the following:
- A MyUPMC account with proxy access for your child. Proxy access allows you to manage your child's care through MyUPMC. Learn more about MyUPMC.
- Access to a mobile phone or tablet
- Download the free MyUPMC app installed on your device
If you have multiple children, you can add them all to your MyUPMC account to access their information easily.

You will use the MyUPMC app for your child’s video visit. Be sure to download the app after you have created your account. Login and ensure you can access the MyUPMC app from your device to have a smooth video visit.
