UPMC Children’s Express Care now offers video visits with our pediatric providers this holiday season when our clinics are closed. Video visit are available on the following days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply use Save My Spot to request a video visit through our website or access the Express Care tile through the UPMC Children’s app.
To participate in a video visit, you will need access to a personal computer or tablet with WiFi or a cell phone. In addition, your devices need to be equipped with a camera and microphone. You will be contacted via Save My Spot with additional instructions once your visit is scheduled. Please download all necessary software for your device prior to your visit. This may help to prevent delays.

Open conveniently on evenings and weekends, your child can receive care for minor injuries and illnesses when your pediatrician’s office is closed for the day.
