Through a partnership with UPMC Pinnacle, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (UPMC CCP) is expanding our pediatric primary care network to central, Pa. Three PinnacleHealth practices, PinnacleHealth Heritage Pediatrics, PinnacleHealth Pediatric Associates, and Memorial Pediatric Specialists, will be joining UPMC CCP on January 2, 2020 and operating under the following new names:
UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics – Heritage 3720 Market Street Camp Hill, PA 17011
UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics – Hummelstown 8105 Adams Drive, Suite A Hummelstown, PA 17036
UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics – York Memorial 2860 Carol Road York, PA 17402
While the practices will have new names, patients and their families will still experience exceptional pediatric care in the same convenient locations. The medical teams and staff that patients have come to know and trust will continue to serve these offices, and there is nothing that current patients will need to do during this transition.
All practices are currently accepting new patients.
Appointments available Monday through Friday during the hours of 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
Effective April 16, 2019, Children’s Community Pediatrics will officially be renamed, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics.

By visiting UPMC Children’s Express Care, our after-hours clinic, your child will receive the same specialized pediatric care you’ve come to expect from your UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics pediatrician. Open conveniently on evenings and weekends, your child can receive care for minor injuries and illnesses when your pediatrician’s office is closed for the day.
