The CCP – Mountain View staff of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants has completedspecialized training programs that qualify them to provide a wide variety of pediatric services for your childfrom birth to age 21.
To ensure that your child receives quality pediatric care, our doctors and staff provide a number of routinehealth screenings, such as well child checkups and immunizations, in addition to visits for illness.
We emphasize prevention and early intervention to help our patients stay as healthy as possible.
Our goal is to have healthy children grow into healthy adults. Our pediatricians assist parents in building ahealthy foundation for their children. This foundation enables them to maintain good health into adulthood.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8 to 11 a.m.. Sick visits only.
CCP Walk-in Service
Monday through Friday: 8 to 9:30 a.m.
We always accept new patients. Call to schedule an initial visit so that we can examine your child and review his or her medical record.
We welcome all newborns to our practice. If you are delivering at Westmoreland Hospital, tell the staff that you have chosen CCP – Mountain View, and we will see your baby within the first 24 hours. If you are delivering at another hospital, we will see your baby at the office as soon as necessary after discharge, usually within two to three days. Call our office before you leave the hospital to schedule an appointment. If you would like to meet us before delivery, call our office to schedule a prenatal visit.
After-Hours Care and Emergency Service
Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. After-hours sick calls are answered by Children's Hospital's Triage and Advice Center. This experienced group of pediatric nurses can assist you with medical advice, and will contact the doctors if necessary. If your child needs immediate medical attention, one of our doctors is always available.
If your insurance plan requires a referral for services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance and our staff will assist you in obtaining the referral. Please try to call five business days before you need your referral so we have time to process the paperwork.
We will notify you regarding abnormal test results only. If you have any questions regarding specific results, please call us.
Prescriptions and Refills
Routine prescriptions are handled during regular business hours by utilizing a voice mail system. If a routine request is called in before 2 p.m. we will call it in the same day. Prescriptions requiring further physician consultation, or requests received after 2 p.m. will be called in the next business day.
Billing and Insurance
Our billing is centralized and handled through Children's Community Pediatrics' administrative office. If you have a specific question regarding your bill, please call 1-888-857-7646.
