UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics (UPMC CCP) providers now offer video visits through UPMC’s patient portals, MyUPMC and UPMC Central Pa. Portal. Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply login to your portal account or call your UPMC CCP office to schedule an appointment.

If you do not have a MyUPMC account, sign up online at MyUPMC.com by clicking on “Create Account.” You will need to use an internet browser to set up your account and proxy access; proxy access cannot be set up in the MyUPMC app, but your proxy information will be available in the app once your account and proxy access are set up.
Once you have signed up:
You will use the MyUPMC app for your child’s video visit. Be sure to download the app after you have created your account. Login and ensure you can access the MyUPMC app from your device to have a smooth video visit.

By visiting UPMC Children’s Express Care, our after-hours clinic, your child will receive the same specialized pediatric care you’ve come to expect from your UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics pediatrician. Open conveniently on evenings and weekends, your child can receive care for minor injuries and illnesses when your pediatrician’s office is closed for the day.
