Patient Portals — Your digital health care experience begins with our free online patient portals. They makes it easy to manage your child’s medical records, immunization records, test results and upcoming appointments all from your computer or smart device. You can also communicate directly with your health care team.
Video Visits — Connect to your own pediatric provider anytime you want care from the comfort of home. To schedule a video visit, simply log in to your patient portals account or call your UPMC CCP office.
Message Your Provider — Have a non-urgent question and don’t want to call? Simply send a message through the patient portal and your pediatric provider will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
