Our practice specializes in preventive care and health maintenance for children from birth through age 18. Your child's health and well-being are as important to us as they are to you.
In 1999 our practice joined the Children's Community Pediatrics network. We have four pediatricians and a CRNP who offer the high quality pediatric and adolescent primary care. In 2014, CCP – Monroeville Pediatric Associates expanded to a second office, CCP – White Oak.

We welcome all newborns to our practice. If you are delivering at Forbes Regional Hospital or Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, tell the staff that you have chosen CCP – Monroeville Pediatric Associates, and we will see your baby within the first 24 hours. If you are delivering at another hospital, we will see your baby at the office as soon as necessary after discharge, usually within two to three days. Call our office before you leave the hospital to schedule an appointment. If you would like to meet us before delivery, call our office to schedule a prenatal visit.
After-Hours Care and Emergency Service
Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. After hours calls are answered by Children’s Hospital
Triage and Advice Center. This experienced group of pediatric nurses can assist you with medical advice, and will contact the on-call doctor if necessary. If your child needs immediate medical attention, one of our physicians is always available.
If your insurance plan requires a referral for services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance and our staff will assist you.
You are responsible for obtaining referrals prior to seeing any physician other than your child's primary care physician. Please call us regarding referrals Tuesday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. only.
One-week advance notice is required when requesting a referral to a specialist. When possible, surgery authorizations require a 10- to 14-day advance notice.
We are unable to fax a referral to a physician's office the same day the patient is being seen.
We will notify you regarding abnormal test results only. If you have any questions regarding specific results, please call us.
