CCP - HealthQuest Brochure (PDF)
At CCP – HealthQuest, our goal is to combine excellence in health care with concern for the personal feelings of each patient and parent. We care for youngsters from birth until 21 years of age. We emphasize disease prevention through a sequence of diagnostic screenings for problems that may occur at various times during the growth cycle. We educate parents on positive health habits and how to recognize warning signs of problems that may occur at each stage of development and we also help children to understand the changes in their bodies and what they can do to maintain good health as they mature.
In 2001, we joined the Children’s Community Pediatrics network, which is dedicated to offering high-quality pediatric and adolescent primary care. And in addition to our experience with acute and chronic medical problems, our medical staff is educated and trained to provide expertise in several areas.
Whether you are a first-time or experienced parent, we'll collaborate with you as your child moves from childhood to adolescence to adulthood.

If you are delivering at another hospital, we will see your baby at the office as soon as necessary after discharge, usually within two to three days. Call our office before you leave the hospital to schedule an appointment. If you would like to meet us before delivery, call our office to schedule a prenatal visit.

Triage and Advice Center. This experienced group of pediatric nurses can assist you with medical advice, and will contact the on-call doctor if necessary. If your child needs immediate medical attention, one of our physicians is always available.
