Ms. Kirsch provides administrative oversight for UPMC CCP’s practice operations. In this role, she serves as a liaison between select UPMC CCP practices and UPMC CCP’s leadership team. Ms. Kirsch is responsible for strategic planning and growth at the practice level, staff development, and ensuring all practices operate consistently and meet UPMC CCP quality standards. Prior to this role, Ms. Kirsch served as the practice manager for UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics – South Hills.
Prior to joining UPMC CCP, Ms. Kirsch served as an HIM manager for Allegheny Health Network and worked as a sales manager for UPMC Askesis Development Group.
Ms. Kirsch earned her bachelors of science in communication system management from Ohio University and her masters in health information systems from the University of Pittsburgh.
