Practice Administrator, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics
Lauren Fleischman serves as the practice administrator for UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics.
Ms. Fleischman provides administrative oversight for UPMC CCP’s practice operations. In this role, she serves as a liaison between select UPMC CCP practices and UPMC CCP’s leadership team and is responsible for strategic planning and growth at the practice level. In addition, Ms. Fleischman also oversees CCP’s manager training and mentoring program. Prior to this role, Ms. Fleischman served as the manager of training and operations and as an Epic trainer.
Prior to joining UPMC CCP, Ms. Fleishman served as a defense contractor analyst.
Ms. Fleishman earned her bachelors of arts in business administration and business communications from Thiel College and her masters in health administration from Capella University.

Open conveniently on evenings and weekends, your child can receive care for minor injuries and illnesses when your pediatrician’s office is closed for the day.
