Monique S. Jackson serves as a director of practice management for UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics. In this role, she provides administrative oversight for UPMC CCP’s practice operations and is a liaison between select UPMC CCP practices and UPMC CCP’s leadership team. Ms. Jackson also serves as director of operations for behavioral health services at UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Jackson began her career with UPMC CCP in 2008 as a clinical coordinator and managed the expansion of our integrated behavioral health program throughout UPMC CCP and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She was promoted to director of ambulatory services in 2015.  In this role, she helped to develop an integrated adult behavioral health care model.  She began her current role as director of practice management in January 2020.

Prior to joining UPMC CCP, Ms. Jackson served in several roles for The Community Guidance Center in Indiana, Pa. including base-service unit director and family-based services director and therapist. Ms. Jackson has also worked at Adelphoi Village as a counselor.

Ms. Jackson earned her bachelors and masters of arts degree in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She earned a masters of business administration from Waynesburg University in 2019.
