Amazing office. Wait times could be my only complaint but I can't even complain there because I know when we're being treated I never feel like anyone is rushing through their care for my son or my questions.
Natalie is always so attentive and very thorough. We don't often see her but feel fortunate when we do. She truly cares and was quick to work with us when we were having issues with the initial prescription.
This office is always top notch. Staff is excellent. My only suggestion would be that my son would have been given the opportunity to fill out the depression/drug/alcohol question sheet alone. I don't have any concerns at this point, but I could see that if he had an issue, he might not fill it out honestly because I was in the room with him. I do like that this is addressed with teens.
This was a walk in appointment..and it was great
Every experience I have had with this office has been wonderful. The entire staff operates like a fine tuned machine, and they are always so helpful, kind, friendly, petsonable, and conpassionate.
The people who work in this office are wonderful. I've been going there for almost 19 years with my kids and have never had any problems. they have been so very helpful any time I called. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
We have seen the nurse practitioner on several occasions when we have come to the walk in hours at the doctors office. She is always such a comforting presence and takes the time to really talk to me about what is going on. She is very informative during the whole visit, and makes sure I understand any instructions about what do to after the visit.
we waited 52 minutes PAST our appointment time to see the nurse practitioner. This is really not acceptable.
WE LOVE NATALIE!!!
everyone one was kind and respectful I would highly recommend them.
I was not as pleased with this visit as I have been with ones in the past. we were there for over an hour and it was for a wrll visit for a healthy child. Natalie was good with our son.
This provider always seems very interested in my perspective and interacts well with my child. She makes sure to ask her questions directly and is straight forward and encouraging when the child offers information, etc. She seems interested in this child's well being.
Natalie was Excellent. We really enjoyed having her for my child's well check
We have seen Natalie on occasion when something comes up. I have always found her to be very thorough (even more than the docs). She listens and takes time to address my concerns/questions. In fact, I have even scheduled well child visits with her. She's great!! '
This was an excellent visit. We recently switched to this office when our pediatrician retired. First well visit for both daughters. She spent a lot of time with us, was very thorough. She explained issues with the transfer of the girls' medical records and took immediate steps to obtain them. I was very pleased with the care we received.
The care was great but it was a very long wait in the exam room not the waiting room for the provider to come in. It was the walk in clinic and the next time I will make an appointment too avoid that wait.
Natalie Gacka was very thorough and also very calm and focused despite the fact that my toddler twins were very noisy and squirmy during my older daughter's appointment. It was a very helpful visit.
Natalie Gacka is an outstanding provider. Very caring and very attentive to details of each individual patient. Love her!
We always have a positive experience w Natalie.
Natalie was great she even called me next day (after hours) to offer more advice/information
We love this provider. She always interacts well with our daughter, engages with her in a fun way, and thoughtfully addresses any concerns I have.
Natalie was extremely patient, spent time talking with me about my daughter's health, and provided excellent service.
We have always had good experiences with the doctors at this practice. Dr. Cowden was our primary doctor, but since she retired we have seen Natalie once. We had a good experience.
Natalie is great with my children. She takes time to listen, ask important questions relating to their health, and performs a thorough check-up.
She was very thorough in her exam and when asking questions. She asked me and my daughter several questions so that she completely understood the issue.
Natalie is fantastic, I never hesitate to see her when my child's regular doctor is unavailable. She is such an asset to your office.
My son was in for suture removal and he was very anxious. Ms Gacka and the medical assistant were very kind to him and provided support to help him get through his anxiety. They were patient with him and the procedure went better than expected for him.
I loved this doctor and would definitely see her again.
Natalie was wonderful! Patient, as I had 3 rowdy little boys in the exam room to be seen at the same time! She and Rebecca were throrough, and clearly explained the plan for my son moving forward.
I am very satisfied with this provider.
Natalie Gacka is an excellent care provider. She is very thorough and made sure that all relevent family history had been completed.
we have been seeing Natalie for a few years now. I am always amazed at how thorough she is in examining my children. she listens to my concerns and helps me with having my children understand. we love her and look forward to our yearly visit with her.
I was very impressed with the preventive/wellness information that Natalie provided to me and my child
As with every provider we have ever seen at CCP, I was very satisfied with the care we received. The well-visit exam was very thorough. Nurse Natalie's bed-side manner is wonderful.
We love seeing Ms. Gacka. She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. She always takes her time and is very thorough; we are her center of attention while she is with us. I never feel rushed as if she has something more important to get to.
Natalie's personal attention tomy daughter and genuine care yet clear insight in to her condition, mends so much to me.
We love seeing Natalie. Her level of care is right on par with any of the physicians in the practice. She is wonderful, very knowledgeable and caring. We know we're always in good hands with her.
Natalie was very appropriate regarding my son's age. She followed up the visit with a phone call regarding concerns that came up during the appt. Also very informative regarding teen issues (driving, drinking, sex, etc). Open and communicative and comfortable with sometimes uncomfortable subjects.
My two children see Natalie when Dr. Rolland is not available. She is such a pleasure and always makes the kids so comfortable. She takes her time when doing their examines and explains everything
