Joan is so compassionate and kind. She truly shows genuine care and concern for both my child & myself. She stumbled across something that I hadn't even thought of concerning my son's current illness. She did it so carefully as to not undermine the symptoms my son is currently having. ( there is an illness in our family & Joan made note that maybe some of his symptoms are stemming from stress from the situation) I am always happy to have Joan treat us. She really has a kind heart & the necessary knowledge to treat.
The experiences were very good. Would recommend to my friends.
Joan O'Connor is always very professional, thorough, and excellent with children
I did feel very rushed. Although O'Connor was knowledgeable and answered all questions, it was crisp and I felt she wanted to hurry us along.
I'm always impressed by the staff and care at this office. Thank you so much for all that you do.
Joan was wonderful!
Joan was very kind and patient with my daughter.
O'CONNOR, JOAN is the nicest healthcare provider I have ever met. She was great with my girl and very patient.
Very friendly. Great personality
Joan was excellent with my infant. On your first newborn visit, she spend plenty of time answering all of our questions and making sure that we felt comfortable!
Joan was very energetic and down to earth when speaking to myself and my daughter. She showed great concern to my daughter's delayed reaction to a jelly fish sting that happened over a week ago.
This is the second time we saw this nurse practitioner and we both really like her. Our daughter is 13 and she is very private about the changes her body is going through and she was very understanding and did not make her feel uncomfortable at all. Very pleased.
After the visit my child asked if we could see Joan from now on! Very excited for this, my child felt comfortable with Joan.
I love Gil Pediatric.
excellent nurse practioner
They were absolutely wonderful, helpful, kind and informative!
I think the provider was excellent. The only complaint I have is a practice based one. It would be nice to be able to schedule a well-child visit more than 3 months in advance so as to keep children up-to-date with their vaccines. There truly is no way for one to keep track, and in some cases, know when the next scheduled vaccination should be. If appointments can't be made >3 months in advance, the office should call patients and remind them of required vaccinations. The reason why I bring this up is because my son missed his 15 month vaccines because I was not aware of the schedule (I thought he wasn't due till 18months), and he ended up getting 4 shots at one visit. I understand that as a parent it is my primary responsibility to keep track of these things, however, it would be nice to have that extra reminder as life may sometimes get in the way of things. Otherwise, I think this is a fantastic practice. Keep up the good job.
My daughter was sad to miss her Show & Tell at school, so the entire staff let her have Show and Tell at the office. It really made her day!! The visit was for something rather simple, but the staff went above and beyond just to make sure that she had a good day.
This is the first time I've had contact with Joan O'Conner and I was very impressed with her interaction with my granddaughter and expertise during the exam!
I was so worried and she thoroughly explained everything and made me feel that my daughter's health issue was being taken seriously.
Joan was thorough and gentle. She took a good amount of time to talk to us about our daughter's development. She was skillful and knowledgable. Now that we have seen her twice and had great experiences both times I plan on requesting to see her in the future.
Everyone is normally very friendly in the office. Joan oconner was excellent with my son. she even took time to play monster trucks with him to make him feel more comfortable with her. excellent nurse and very easy to speak with!
The nurse practitioner was excellent. She was prompt, extremely knowledgable and very thorough. I did not encounter the nursing staff other than just briefly at the start.
Joan is an excellent physician, she has done well child's for both children, she is sincere, thorough and very informative I completely trust her and so do my children. Thank you Joan you are a gem!
It was the our first time seeing Joan and I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and the way she handled herself and my child. I would recommend her to my friends. I thought she explained things well and did not seem to rush me through the appointment.
