I wish the doctor was a bit more pleasant and took the time to explain the dosage of the medication that was prescribed not just tell me what she was prescribing and left the room. I wasn't sure if the visit was over or not.
always great service with the entire staff
Dr Watkins is a great doctor and always takes her time to listen to my son and my questions.
Because I was the father bringing in my son, I felt like the provider didn't take me as seriously as if his mother had been there. That being said, she did answer all my questions and concerns.
i will not schedule any other visits with Dr. Watkins, she's very short & no has no bedside manner.
good
scheduled an appt and somehow it was cancelled. staff worked to get my daughter seen and taken care of. very helpful as always.
Dr. Watkins is friendly and knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. She is a wonderful doctor
Dr Watkins was super sweet to Carson! he loved her
no problems at all .
Watkins entered the room and asked who smoked in the household. I told her no one and she proceeds to say that she smelled smoke and smells my child and says oh no he doesn't smell like smoke. I found this very offensive.
After seeing the doctor,my daughter commented on how nice she was. Very kind and very thorough. Would definitely see her again.
we had a great experience the nurses and doctor were great!
She was not at all nice to us. The way she spoke the us was not professional. I went for medical advice not parenting advice. She told me my child needs consequences for his actions. I haven't had good experiences at this office the past year. I'm looking to leave this practice.
We usually see Dr Frederick for checkup but her schedule was full. Dr Watkins was a disappointment. she spent less than 15 min with me and I do not feel like she gave her full attention to me. I have had ongoing stomach problems and have been using lactaid. she didn't explore further with me and just blew it off and said it sounds minor and keep taking lactaid.
Dr Watkins did not go over my medical history nor ask about my concussion recovery. She did not review my immunizations with me and I am not sure if I have all of the required ones for college. No one took my blood pressure or vital signs. the visit was very short less than 10 minutes for my annual exam.
Dr Watkins is always patient and kind. She relieves any worries we might have when it comes to our son's health. This is especially comforting as a first time parent.
Dr. Watkins is very rude. Her interactions with my son were less than pleasing. for the past several years we have avoided her because of this. However on this occasion, we needed the first available visit. it was a reminder not to see Dr. Watkins.
Dr. Watkins was fantastic with Albert. Thank you!
everything was good. She also directed me to another dr for concerns that I have for my daughter
This visit was an express care visit for my daughters swimmers ear. We were there on a Saturday morning and were seen rather quickly and treated quickly. Always a good experience at CCP.
Dr. Watkins is an outstanding pediatrician.
Dr. Watkins , was the first doctor to see my son after he was born. she is the only doctor we will take him to see. our doctor visits with Dr. Watkins professional, courteous and informative. we have never left with an unanswered question or concern. we consider it a blessing that we have Dr. Watkins to provide care to our son. He enjoys his visits and we are always grateful knowing we will be seeing Dr. Watkins. I am sure you know that your organization is privileged to have an associate who is caring and professional as Dr. Watkins is. We have been taking our son to see Dr. Watkins for over ten years and never had one bad appointment or one negative experience in all that time. It is always comforting and relaxing knowing Dr. Watkins will take the time to listen to all of our concerns patiently and answer every question.
Krista has been very helpful, thorough, and professional. She has answered all of our questions and was very gentle and careful with our newborn.
Dr. Watkins was very gentle with my daughter and was very helpful ! such a great doctor.
We love Dr.Watkins. She has been seeing my child since he was born and even though we moved about an hour away, we still make the trip in to see Dr.Watkins. She is a wonderful pediatrician and has always been very caring and helpful with anything.
dr Watkins is compassionate and patient. she spoke with me asking how I am doing. this indicates she remembers our family history. not put off by the older child with me.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Watkins. Each check up, she is always so sweet and informative with everything. I feel most comfortable with my daughter having her as her pediatrician.
the doctor told us my daughter's cough was related to allergies which she told us to use an over the counter allergy medicine for. A few days later our whole household came down with the same cough which leads me to believe it is related to a virus, not an allergy.
She was very nice and friendly .
Dr Watkins is good with parents and babies but has a hard time connecting with kids. she is of the opinion seen and not heard. which is fine but I feel like kids want to share and ask questions and that does not happen with Dr. watkins. in fact my daughter started to talk and Dr Watkins was like...ok see you next time. my daughter looked at me like oh well...Guess we are done.
other than the doctor telling us the results of the strep test she did not help us much. she left the room and we heard her go to the next patients room. we were not even aware she had finished with us.
didnt like brenda watkins, no personality not good w kids , will not schedule ever w her again!
Our child has ADHD and Dr Watkins is very in tune with his needs, and ours, when it comes to treatment. We feel we couldn't have found a better doctor for him.
As always, the front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. Watkins provided very satisfactory attention to my needs. Thank you.
I was a bit dissatisfied with this last visit, he came in with c/of headache, backache, dizzy, sore throat, , they ran a strep test, assumming it was negative since she didn't mention it. I felt she didn't take much time with him, she checked his lungs (wheezing) then asked if he had flu shot, then said that's what he had, the flu! didn't check ears, throat etc . then never explained to me how to care for him other than drink fluids. I had to ask questions like how long does the flu last, how long should he be out of school, what type of medicine should I give him? I asked about his inhaler and she said she would order a refill but in fact ordered him a different one than he usually takes. I had to call back the office to ask about it, something she should have explained to me in the first place. the girl I spoke to when I called back was extremely informative in explaining to me why the albuterol inhaler was ordered in place of the Flovent and for her I'm very appreciative. overall unsatisfied with this visit/lack thereof of.
