  Medical Director of Healthy Habits 4 Life, Children’s Community Pediatrics

Pamela Schoemer, MD, serves as the medical director for Healthy Habits 4 Life (HH4Life) at Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP). In this role, Dr. Schoemer provides medical oversight of HH4Life, an innovative program designed to help children and adolescents, and their families, improve their health by encouraging positive choices in eating and activity. Dr. Schoemer has been instrumental in establishing the program and assisting with embedding lifestyle coaches and pediatric registered dietitian nutritionists (RDN) in CCP practices. Dr. Schoemer also serves as the consulting physician for all CCP marketing and communications.

In addition to her administrative duties, Dr. Schoemer is a practicing board-certified pediatrician and a lead physician at CCP – Moon, Wexford and South Fayette.

Dr. Schoemer received her medical degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
