Monique S. Jackson serves as the director of behavioral health services for Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP) and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. In this role, Ms. Jackson provides administrative oversight for our award-winning behavioral health program. In addition, Ms. Jackson serves as the director of behavioral health services for UPMC Behavioral Health Care which integrates adult behavioral health services into UPMC hospitals and facilities.

Ms. Jackson began her career with CCP in 2008 as a clinical coordinator and managed the expansion of our integrated behavioral health program throughout CCP and Children’s Hospital. In 2015, she began her current role as director of ambulatory services.

Prior to joining CCP, Ms. Jackson served in several roles for The Community Guidance Center in Indiana, Pa. including base-service unit director and family-based services director and therapist. Ms. Jackson has also worked at Adelphoi Village as a counselor.

Ms. Jackson earned her bachelors and masters of arts degree in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
